Create a new NumbersService instance with its configuration. It needs the following parameters for authentication:
- projectId
- keyId
- keySecret
Other supported properties:
- numbersHostname
Parameters
- params: SinchClientParameters
  an Object containing the necessary properties to initialize the service
Returns NumbersService
