    Interface MessageInboundSmartConversationRedactionEvent

    This callback delivers contact (end-user) messages to the API clients. The content of the message goes through an A.I. analysis and is redacted if required.

    Context-dependent metadata. Refer to specific callback's documentation for exact information provided.
